Coming Soon: New Service Times

Starting on Memorial Day weekend (May 30th), we will be transitioning to two morning services— 9am and 11am. (Summit Kids classes will be held at the 9am gathering only.)

There were four reasons behind our decision:

  • We want to be stewards of our new space. The recently completed construction project provided our worship space with additional seating in the balcony. We now have more room to spread out, and less of a need for multiple gatherings.

  • We want to provide a season of rest for our leaders and volunteers. The last year has been demanding for so many, including those who have been serving our community on Sundays. By transitioning down to two services, we hope to create more opportunities for our volunteers to rest.

  • We hope to create a new pace of lingering. We hope the upcoming change to two gatherings will provide more time for people to connect before and after each service.

  • We want to simplify our invitation into involvement. Our desire is for our members to spend the Lord’s day with the Lord’s people, and to participate in the goings on of our Sunday mornings. (You can find out more about serving our church HERE.)

For those tuning in from home, you can continue to access our livestream here. More info to come.

We look forward to gathering with you—both online and in-person—during these new services.
