Summit Kids
Serving newborns through 5th grade, with ministry offered at both Sunday gatherings.
Jesus made space for kids—and we believe they belong at the heart of the church, too. At The Summit, we want every child to be seen, known, and experience God’s love as they grow.
We help kids learn gospel truths, grow in community, and begin to live on mission—right alongside their families and the life of the church.

Discipleship
at Home
We believe the most lasting spiritual formation happens at home. Parents and guardians have the greatest influence on their kids’ faith—and we’re here to support you as you help them know and follow Jesus.
Each month, we share simple tools to help families grow in faith together:
A Sunday Lesson Review (available at church)
A curated bookshelf of discipleship resources
Our monthly Family Ministries email — email us to be added!
Have a question or need something else? We’d love to talk with you.
Age-Appropriate Teaching
Summit Kids is more than childcare. Each Sunday, we create space for kids to encounter God in ways they can understand.
From newborns through 5th grade, our classrooms are safe, welcoming, and full of life. Through Scripture, stories, songs, play, and prayer, kids learn who God is and how deeply they’re loved.
Meaningful Community
Kids and families thrive when they’re connected—not just to programs, but to people. Throughout the year, we create space for relationships to grow and key moments to be celebrated together.
-
We celebrate new babies and invite our church family to pray over and support each family.

When a child expresses interest in baptism, we guide families through a thoughtful, age-appropriate process.

Multi-Generational Relationships
Kids need more than just great parents—they need a whole community of people who know and love them. These relationships form naturally through Sunday morning volunteer teachers, family events, and older kids groups.
For 4th and 5th graders, we offer Summit Bridge, a transition ministry helping kids prepare for youth group and middle school life. Summit Bridge meets on Sundays at 9am and once a month on Wednesday nights.
