ServeDenver 2011

This week we hosted our very first ServeDenver. 

ServeDenver is our week of service to the city of Denver. Our goal this week was to bless this city and demonstrate the love of Jesus in tangible ways. We partnered with various organizations in order to help them have a greater impact on the community. We were also joined by several churches from North and South Carolina. These churches sent teams of people out to Denver to help us during this week of service. The projects we participated in included helping to beautify a public school, homeless relief, and assisting other churches in the area. 

We are thankful to everyone who participated and helped make ServeDenver a reality. This was definitely a great start and we look forward to doing it again next year.
